Dedication
Dedicated to Safety, Quality, and Our People
Fox Line is built on a culture of safety, disciplined quality, environmental responsibility, and investment in the skilled people who do the work.
Mission & Vision
What We Stand For
Our Mission
To deliver the highest-quality power delivery construction and maintenance services through a firm commitment to safety, excellence, and respect for our skilled employees and valued partners.
Our Vision
To build a future where Fox Line stands as the most trusted and respected power delivery contractor, driven by investment in our people, our partnerships, and our communities.
Our Commitment
Five Commitments on Every Project
Our People
Our crews are IBEW union linemen trained through the industry's most rigorous apprenticeship. We invest in our people because skilled, accountable craft labor is what builds reliable infrastructure.
Safety
Safety is the first commitment in our mission. We believe safety is cultivated by strong leaders, not by policy alone. Our executive safety team visits a different project every quarter to review performance, trends, and what crews need, and that group runs from craft to senior management so issues travel in both directions.
Quality
Every project runs under our quality control (QC/QA) program with in-house engineering support, from job layout and tooling plans through energization, delivered on schedule and to spec.
Environmental
We build with environmental responsibility, including erosion and sediment control and compliance across the project life cycle, protecting the corridors and communities where we work.
Communication & Customer Service
We work in a customer service industry, and communication is the backbone of every build. We keep clients informed from day one, hold regular coordination meetings to forecast work and resolve issues early, and give every project a dedicated team so you are never caught off guard.
Quality
Built Right the First Time
Fox Line takes a construction-led approach to quality. The program is managed by experienced construction professionals, so quality is judged by people who understand how the work is actually built rather than reduced to filling out a checklist. Every project gets a site-specific quality plan that holds a uniform level of workmanship through procurement, fabrication, construction, and final testing.
Catch it early
Error-likely situations are predictable and preventable. Our preparatory phase aligns the team and resolves conflicts before they grow, and follow-up inspections keep quality consistent through completion.
Fix it everywhere
We run lessons-learned reviews on every project. When an issue is corrected, we apply that correction across every crew, so the fix holds for the rest of the work.
Show your work
Partnering with your inspectors matters. We hold performance to the highest standard with transparency, through inspection, documentation, and analysis.
Environmental
Building With the Next Generation in Mind
The care we bring to safety extends to the land and the communities where we work. We treat compliance with agency and owner requirements as a minimum standard, not a finish line. When we work at a site, our workers and their families live there too, and we know what kind of environment we want to leave behind.
Whether we are reclaiming and revegetating a site at completion, running a site-wide recycling program, or cutting waste, we work toward a no-incident record that exceeds owner expectations. Erosion and sediment control and environmental compliance run across the full project life cycle, delivered with specialty partners we manage directly under one Fox Line contract.
Technology
Rooted in the Trade, Built for What Comes Next
We carry the pride and craft of the IBEW lineman tradition forward, and we pair it with modern tools, including automation and AI, to make the work safer and more efficient. We use technology to gain efficiency, train our people, and hold quality to a higher standard. We respect where the trade came from, and we intend to help lead where it is going.
Safety & Prequalification
Built for Utility Prequalification
Utilities and EPCs prequalify their contractors on safety performance and third-party registration. Fox Line is built to meet that bar.
Safety Prequalification
Vendor & Government Registrations
Utility, EPC, and government partners can verify Fox Line's safety record, documentation, and registrations through these networks.
