Fox Line Construction is self-performing a high-volume overhead make-ready program for Trico Electric Cooperative, preparing the cooperative’s 12.47/24.9 kV distribution system for new communications attachments under a RUS Form 830 unit-price construction contract. Work is released by the cooperative work order by work order against owner-provided staking; across more than 100 poles to date, Fox Line’s IBEW union crews have performed full pole replacements (upgrading classes such as 45-4 to 50-H2 and 40-4 to 50-2), framing and setting, energized transfers, underground riser and UK-5 installations, and a range of pole-top modifications — crossarm raises, neutral clevis and anchor work, a GOAB switch, fiber-arm attachments, and LED street-light installs. As a licensed Arizona contractor (ROC #362640), Fox Line sequences and tracks progress pole-by-pole against utility milestones to keep work moving and customers in service — delivered with zero recordable incidents.
